Manufacturer warranties vary by product, and our team will review the specific coverage, exclusions, and requirements with you before installation. These warranties are provided at the manufacturer's discretion and are separate from Pro-Soil Site Services. If a manufacturer offers coverage beyond one year, we do not charge for the replacement part, though a service fee for labor may apply.
All services performed by Pro-Soil Site Services include a standard 1-year workmanship warranty covering parts and labor. This warranty does not cover damage caused by factors outside of our control, including abuse, modifications performed by others, improper or insufficient maintenance, normal wear and tear, or site conditions such as grading or drainage changes made after installation.
*Any plant work we perform is covered under the Landscape Tree Guarantee, with terms and conditions based on the scope of the project and the materials used.
